P2
This image is a close up of the bench with the intention of having focus on the rain drops especially.
In terms of the lighting, I tapped onto the screen of my phone and used the yellow bar to decrease the lighting to give a dark, gloomy effect on the entire image/the background.
Also, tapping onto the screen allowed the camera to focus on the bench and give the buildings in the background a hint of depth of field, which is good, because it makes the audience focus on the bench/not get distracted.
This image is an extreme close up of the rain drops on the bench.
Before taking this image, I tapped onto the centre of the screen to ensure that the raindrops are in focus and are appealing to the audience.
Also, having this extreme close up works well, because it instantly draws the audience into focusing on the rain drops and nothing else.
Here is another extreme close up of a bench but with slightly more depth of field in the background and it has been taken at a unique angle.
This image overall works well, because having this distorted angle makes the audience see the image in a way which may not be seen in everyday life, which overall can lead to the audience having very close attention to it.
This image is a slight view of a bench from a lower angle.
This image overall worked well, because when looking closely, you can notice that everything in the background has a slight hint of depth of field.
This overall works well, because it allows the viewer to instantly focus on the bench/not get distracted with anything in the background.
Also, having a limited amount of light within this image worked well, because it creates a gloomy effect/tells us as an audience that perhaps the location is abandoned and dangerous.
This image is a close up of two flowers in a bush of leaves.
This image overall worked well, because when looking closely, you can see that only one flower is in focus whereas the other one has a hint of blur to it.
This works well, because it tells us as the audience that perhaps this one flower has more significance than the other.
Also, the depth of field worked within this image, because it allows the flower(s) to stand out more/attract the audiences eye.
This image is an extreme close up of a few leaves and grass strips.
This image overall worked well, because having the image zoomed in allows the little details within the image to stand out slightly (the rain drops), which overall makes the image look professional and crisp.
Also, the amount of light on the image worked perfectly, because the amount isn't too much or too little.
This image is an extreme close up of a strip from a plant.
This image worked well, because the angle which it was taken at can perhaps tell the audience that the plant strip is trying to attract the audiences attention by approaching them in a way which is unexpected.
Also, having this close up allowed depth of field to take place in the background/show the audience little details associated with the plant (rain drops).
This image is a field with a window ledge at the side.
This image worked well, because rule of thirds is presented here (with the brick wall), which is good because it draws the audiences eye in a different direction.
Also, depth of field is present here, which is good because it can perhaps tells the audience that the brick wall has some form of significance/deserves recognition.
This image is an extreme close up of leaves within a bush.
This overall worked well, because the amount of light on the image gives it a way to stand out (instantly attracts the viewers eye).
Also, having this close up allowed the leaves the features to stand out (rain drops) and give the remaining background a hint of depth of field, to ensure the main focus is only the leaves at the front.
The image also demonstrates rule of thirds which is good because it allows the viewer to see the image from a different point of view.
This image is of a statue head on a bench.
This image overall worked well, because the amount of light on the image is quite dark and gloomy, which overall can demonstrate to the audience that perhaps the statue is abandoned and lonely.
Also, the use of rule of thirds is demonstrated here, which is interesting because it allows the viewer to see things from a different point of view.
